The Planning Board consists of seven (7) members, whom are appointed by the Town Board.

Meeting Schedule

All meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, except July, August, and December (only one meeting) on the second Tuesday. The time of all meetings is 7:00 P.M. Meetings are held in the Main Meeting Room at the Henrietta Town Hall, 475 Calkins Road, Henrietta, New York 14467. Public Hearings are held in the Main Meeting Room at 7:00 P.M. prior to the regular scheduled meeting. Public Hearings will only be scheduled for the first meeting of the month.
