Supervisor Michael Yudelson recently presented the 2012 State of the Town speech at a meeting of the Henrietta Chamber of Commerce.

Supervisor Yudelson spoke about Town accomplishments during 2011 and the outlook for 2012.

  • Code Update Committee Nearing Completion of Work
  • Town Purchasing Executive South Golf Course property
  • Tax Cap & Unfunded Mandates – Town’s Pension System fees increased $513,000 (164%) in just three (3) years.
  • Town Budget – Despite pension costs, expenses actually down for 2012 – Tax rate remains the same for sixth straight year
  • Twenty-one (21) of the companies selected as the region’s Top 100 by the Rochester Business Alliance are in Henrietta
  • Updates on projects completed during 2011 and projects under construction or coming in 2012
