Weather Related Program Cancellation Information

• If the Rush-Henrietta School District is closed due to inclement weather conditions, All Henrietta Recreation Programs that are located in RH School Facilities are also cancelled.
• If Rush-Henrietta schools close early due to inclement weather conditions, then Recreation Programs scheduled in the schools are also cancelled.
• If the Rush-Henrietta school district cancels afternoon and evening activities on a day in which schools have not closed early, then the Town of Henrietta’s After School Care Program will remain open. Parents are encouraged to pick up their children early on these days.
• For Henrietta Recreation Programs that are not located in a Rush Henrietta School District Facility, please call the Henrietta Recreation Department at (585) 359-2540 OR the weather information line at (585) 234-1042 for daily updates regarding program cancellations. • When possible, program cancellation information will be communicated to local media such as R-NEWS, Channels 13, 10, 8, WHAM 1180 (RADIO) AND on this page.
