April 27, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-012: 3rd ROC Solar, LLC – 362 Chelsea Meadows Drive, to allow 3.94% lot coverage due to the proposed installation of a 672 SF (14’ by 48’) solar array, whereas Town Code only permits 1% lot coverage, on a parcel that already has 1% lot coverage due to an existing 150 SF shed, in a Residential R-1-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.03-2-52, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved with conditions.
