A meeting will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-010: Auto 911 (by Corner Lot Property Plus, LLC) – 2860 East Henrietta Road, to modify an existing auto repair shop to replace three windows with three overhead doors, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 176.10-1-14, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
