November 16, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-047: Cosmic Experience (Phase One Roc LLC) – 2199 East Henrietta Road, to operate an interactive and immersive art space, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 162.18-2-1.005, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
