Wednesday, March 22, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-009: Customs by J – 375 Clay Road, to operate a vehicle customization business, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.09-1-17, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved with a condition.
