February 14, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-001: DosiiRoc Cafe – 1225 Jefferson Road, to operate an ethnic restaurant serving Asian and Korean food with sit down and take out meal service, offering outdoor seating, and allowing alcohol to be sold, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.11-1-64.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
