October 25, 2023 Town Board Meeting
Town Board declared their intent to be the Lead Agency for the SEQR Coordinated Review and called for a public hearing to consider the Incentive Zoning request.
November 14, 2023 Planning Board Meeting
Application No. 23-016: GreenSpark Solar (Tobin Henrietta Solar LLC) – For final site plan approval of a 4 MW-DC, 3 MW-AC ground-mounted photovoltaic solar array on approximately 14.1 acres located at 55 Tobin Road in a Rural Residential District. Tax Account No. 190.02-1-48.21. (Parcel to be re-subdivided administratively as part of this project.)
November 15, 2023 Special Use Permit and Incentive Zoning Public Hearings
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-042: GreenSpark Solar (Tobin Henrietta Solar, LLC) – 55 Tobin Road, to construct and operate a 3 MW-AC Solar Energy System through Incentive Zoning, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.02-1-48.21, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing was held open and will be continued at the December 6, 2023 Town Board meeting.
December 6, 2023 Special Use Permit and Incentive Zoning Public Hearings
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-042: GreenSpark Solar (Tobin Henrietta Solar, LLC) – 55 Tobin Road, to construct and operate a 3 MW-AC Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.02-1-48.21, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. (Both public hearings will be continued, but the applicant has withdrawn their Incentive Zoning Application.)
A SEQR Determination was made (Resolution attached in files below), but the public hearing was held open and will continue at the December 20, 2023 Town Board meeting.
December 20, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-042: GreenSpark Solar (Tobin Henrietta Solar, LLC) – 55 Tobin Road, to construct and operate a 3 MW-AC Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.02-1-48.21, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved by the resolutions attached in the files below.
