March 27, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-010: Heritage Structures LLC – East Henrietta Road (vacant land north of 2500 East Henrietta Road), to utilize the lot to display and sell sheds, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.18-2-78.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing was held open with intentions to continue it at the April 17, 2024 Town Board Meeting.
April 17, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-010: Heritage Structures LLC – East Henrietta Road (vacant land north of 2500 East Henrietta Road), to utilize the lot to display and sell sheds, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.18-2-78.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The application was postponed by the applicant and will return at a future meeting.

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
