Wednesday, April 26, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-015: JBC Rice Noodles & Ramen – 900 Jefferson Road, Building 9, to operate a restaurant serving Asian cuisine with sit down and take out meal service, and to allow alcohol to be sold, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-10. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
