June 15, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-023: Moge Tee Rochester, LLC – 3679 West Henrietta Road, to operate a restaurant with sit down and take out service, outdoor seating, and a drive-thru, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-15, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
