October 26, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-045: Overtime Eats and Drinks LLC – 1460 East Henrietta Road, to operate a restaurant within the existing Sports Complex offering sit down and take out meal service and to sell alcohol, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
