Thursday, June 9, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-024: RISE – 556 Jefferson Road, to operate a cannabis medical and retail dispensary, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.08-1-5, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
Postponed by applicant. Returning July 13, 2022.
July 13, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be reopened and held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-024: RISE – 556 Jefferson Road, to operate a cannabis medical and retail dispensary, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.08-1-5, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved with conditions by Resolution #16-229/2022. The resolution is available to view in the files below.
