April 28, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting was held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:
2599 East Henrietta Road, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 176.06-1-22, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and posted online.
- 2021-025: to operate a brewery style restaurant. Planned hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. seven days a week.
- 2021-026: to have outdoor patio seating.
APPROVED - The Public Hearing was closed and both Special Use Permit applications were approved.
