October 25, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-037: Skyworks – Middle Road (to be known as 65 Middle Road), to construct and operate an equipment rental and sales facility, in a Commercial B-2 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.08-1-26.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
