September 28, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-040: Spinks Party Decor and Rentals LLC – 56 Commerce Drive, to operate a business offering event planning and decor rentals as well as renting space for events to be held where food and alcohol will be served by caterers, in an Industrial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-18. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The public hearing was closed and no action was taken. Before the application can return to the Town Board, it must first meet all the requirements of the Fire Marshal and the Director of Building and Fire Prevention.
