Wednesday, April 17, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-012: Sushi King – 600 Jefferson Road, to operate a restaurant with sit down and take out service, and allowing alcohol to be sold, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.08-1-12.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
