A public hearing was held on the application to modify the gas station at 3333 East River Road by replacing the auto repair service station with a retail convenience store - Application No. 2020-007. The Town Board approved the application, subject to a number of conditions.
March 10, 2021
A public hearing was held on the amendment to Special Use Permit Application No. 2020-007 for an expanded footprint of the building towards the rear of the building to allow for a large cooler to be installed and enclosed within a wall and roof structure. The Town Board approved the amendment - Resolution #5-55/2021.
