February 14, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-004: Wild Berries – 3333 East River Road, to operate a smoothie bar with sit down and take out service, in a Residential R-1-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 160.15-2-25, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved with modifications.
