Supervisor Jack Moore and the Henrietta Town Board unanimously passed a resolution to oppose the establishment of a gaming casino in the Town of Henrietta.  The resolution was passed during the March 19th Town Board meeting at the Henrietta Town Hall.

The Supervisor and the Town Board urge the residents of Henrietta to express their views to their state and federal officials who have decision making authority in this matter.

PART-TIME CLERICAL POSITION - Town of Henrietta – Town Clerk’s Office - Monday through Friday, 9am-1pm.

Town of Henrietta, Town Clerk’s Office

The Henrietta Town Clerk’s Office is looking to fill a permanent part-time position. Qualified applicant must have exceptional communication skills, customer service skills, bookkeeping/record keeping experience and a great work ethic. Must currently be or legally qualified to become a New York State Notary Public.

Some of the job duties include:

  • Interacting with the public
  • Answering phone calls
  • Issuing dog licenses, marriage licenses, hunting licenses, and handicap parking permits
  • Processing payments for recreation programs, building permits, sewer bills, and property taxes
  • Processing and sorting mail
  • Becoming an authorized passport agent
  • Notary public
  • Excel experience required
