If you own a home and it is your primary residence, you may be eligible for the STAR school property tax exemption. Download the form here, and mail us a signed copy with proof of residency (a valid NYS Driver License with your current address is best).  

All exemption forms must be returned with all appropriate documentation no later than March 1, 2011.

A senior citizen eligible for the enhanced STAR exemption may use this form to participate in the automatic Income Verification Program. Download the form here, and submit a signed copy to the Assessment Office anytime, and your qualifying income can be verified automatically through the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance.
