If you own a home, it is your primary residence, and your 2011 income is less than $500,000, you may be eligible for the STAR school property tax exemption. Download the forms here, and mail us a signed copy with proof of residency.  A valid NYS Driver License with your current address is the best way to verify residency (the white sticker on the back of your license issued from DMV will work as well).  Please contact us for other ways to prove residency.

All exemption forms must be returned with all appropriate documentation no later than March 1, 2013.
