What do I do if I don’t agree with the Judge’s decision on a Small Claim?
Answer
You can file an appeal with the court. You must come to the court to fill out the form and pay a fee of $20.00. All documents in the case will then be forwarded to County Court for review. Please do not try to submit any other documents as they cannot be accepted after the case has been heard. The decision will be mailed directly to you and the court also will receive a copy.
