Town Code Changes
Changes to the Town Code are now in effect that were enacted upon the recommendation of the Code Update Committee after Public Hearings on the proposed changes.
The changes prohibit parking on the grass in residential areas and restrict driveway expansions.
HENRIETTA FIRE DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Town Law Section 175, the annual election for the qualified voters of the Henrietta Fire District will be held at 850 Bailey Road, West Henrietta, New York on the 10th day of December 2013 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing one Fire District Commissioner to serve a five year term, such term to commence January 1, 2014 and continue through December 31, 2018.
Candidates for the election shall file a petition, subscribed by twenty-five qualified voters of the District, with the Secretary of the Fire District no later than November 20, 2013 in accordance with Town Law Section 176 (7). (Petitions are available from the Secretary of the Fire District).
