Answer
Yes, you sign on to a computer with your valid Monroe County Library System card number. If you have fines or fees on your card you will be asked to pay them, and your card will be updated. If you are from out of the county and have not purchased an MCLS card, or you are a visitor, you will be asked to pay $2.00 per Internet session. Time limit is one hour per day.
