Registration for Afterschool Care with the Henrietta Recreation Department begin on 6/1/13 at 9:00am for Henrietta Residents.  Other RH school district residents will be on 6/10/13.

This form must be completed by each household before anyone can be registered for a program. This only has to be done once. After we have entered you into the computer system, we can access your account by your last name. You must include everyone in the household on the form.

This form is to be used to register for all programs. If you haven't registered with the Recreation Department in the past, you MUST complete the Household Information form. This will allow us to add you into our computer system.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.  Volunteer and intern opportunities are limited.   Those applying for an intern position must have a letter from the school or supervisor.
