February 24, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting was held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2021-009: Rochester Cornerstone Group (The Marketplace) – 1100 and 1200 Miracle Mile Drive, to construct a 4-story, +/- 150 unit senior housing structure, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account Nos. 161.12-1-1.1/F and 161.12-1-1.1/E, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and posted online. 

The public hearing was kept open.

March 24, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing and Approval

A meeting was held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application Nos. 2021-018/009: Mixed-use and multifamily applications in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and posted online. 

  • 2021-018: The Marketplace – 3400 West Henrietta Road, 20, 25, 30, 15, 1200, & 1100 Miracle Mile Drive, to allow a mixed-use development on parcels including industrial/medical/office, commercial, residential, and civic space components, Tax Account Nos. 161.12-1-1.11, 161.12-1-1.1/A, 161.12-1-1.1/B, 161.12-1-1.1/D, 161.12-1-1.1/E, 161.12-1-1.1/F, and 161.12-1-1.1/G.
  • 2021-009: Rochester Cornerstone Group – 1100 Miracle Mile Drive, to construct a 4-story, +/- 150 unit senior housing structure, Tax Account No. 161.12-1-1.1/F.

APPROVED - The public hearings were closed and the Special Use Permit applications were approved by the following resolutions adopted at the Town Board meeting:

  • Resolution #6-79/2021 Accepted SEQR determination and issued Negative Declaration for the Marketplace Mall mixed-use development, including senior housing, at 3400 West Henrietta Road and various properties on Miracle Mile Drive.
  • Resolution #6-80/2021 Approved Special Use Permit No. 2021-018 for the Marketplace Mall mixed-use development area submitted by The Marketplace to allow a mixed-use development.
  • Resolution #6-81/2021 Approved Special Use Permit No. 2021-009 to allow the construction of senior housing at the Marketplace Mall submitted by Rochester Cornerstone Group, as a part of the Marketplace Mall mixed-use development.

May 18, 2021 Planning Board Site Plan review

A meeting was held on May 18, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. by the Henrietta Planning Board to review the final site plan for a +/- 150 unit senior apartment community on 3.04 acres of land located at 1100 Miracle Mile Drive in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed Use Redevelopment Overlay District. Tax Account No. 161.12-1-1.1/F. 

APPROVED - The Planning Board application was approved. 

April 19, 2022 Planning Board Meeting

Planning Board to consider granting a six-month extension of time for Application No. 21-007. 

APPROVED - The Planning Board approved a six-month extension of time for this project. 

August 3, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2022-009: Rochester Cornerstone Group – 1100 Miracle Mile Drive, to reapprove an expired multifamily application to construct a 4-story, +/- 150 unit senior housing structure, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.12-1-1.1/F, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was reapproved.
