May 11, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application Nos. 2022-015/018 - Masonic Care Community – Erie Station Road, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 189.02-1-1.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office

  • 2022-015: to construct a senior living facility offering recreational amenities including walking paths, gymnasium, pool, etc.
  • 2022-018: to have a building height of 53’, whereas Town Code only permits a height of 35’.

The public hearing was closed and will be reopened once the SEQR Lead Agency waiting period has ended.

June 9, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

July 19, 2022 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 22-015 – For final site plan approval of a senior housing community including 200 residential units and recreational amenities located at 856 Middle Road in a Rural Residential Zoned District.  Tax Account No. 189.02-1-1.1.
