Henrietta Veteran’s Memorial Park (Town Park)
Sunday, May 5th 1PM

Form a Team, Join a Team, just walk or support a walker in Henrietta’s 38th Annual Crop Walk.

Seventy-five percent of the funds are used by Church World Service to help in relief work in areas hit by floods, famine, earthquakes, and other natural disasters. One-fourth of the funds raised are returned to the Rush-Henrietta Area Food Terminal (RHAFT) to help people in our own community who need emergency food. CWS provides sustainable agriculture and clean water systems in developing countries and is one of the first responders to disaster recovery around the world. Last year, churches and community groups who participated in the local CROP Walk raised over $7,400.

Lace up your walking shoes and join the walk, Sunday, May 5 in Henrietta Memorial Park at 1 PM. The RH CROP Walk for Hunger will use the trails at Henrietta Veteran’s Memorial Park and the sidewalks on Calkins Road for walkers. Dogs and other pets are welcome too!

The event is sponsored by the Rush-Henrietta Interfaith League. Local churches are supporting this walk, but all of us can make a difference.
