Election Connection Newsletter

The Monroe County Board of Elections continues to enhance ways of distributing information to voters. Community education and engagement is becoming a hallmark of this leadership team with over 150 community events annually as well as the introduction and growth of its LEAP (Leaders Engaging As Pollworkers) program geared towards 17 year olds active civic participation and pre-registration. We are pleased to announce the bi-annual ELECTION CONNECTION newsletter, a straightforward publication focused on providing critical deadlines and important information regarding upcoming elections. It will be distributed electronically approximately 2 months prior to the June Primary and November General elections.

This electronic publication will enhance current communication efforts. It is the Boards hope it will be shared widely and drive voters back to its website www.monroecounty.gov/elections as it is a wealth of information and resources. The Board hopes voters and the community at large will find this useful and look out for it each year. The Board will continue to develop ways to communicate and add value for the residents and voters of Monroe County.
