Proposed Local Law to Update Code Section 273-6 - Limit Parking in Cul-de-Sacs

HENRIETTA PUBLIC HEARING

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to a proposed Local Law being considered to amend the Henrietta Town Code at Chapter 273-6 to limit parking in the following cul-de-sacs:

• The circle on Gloucester Circle
• The cul-de-sac on Rodlea Circle
• The cul-de-sac on Holiday Road
• The cul-de-sac on Finucane Road
• The cul-de-sac on Compton Crescent
• The loop on Blind Creek Circle
• The cul-de-sacs on Navajo Circle, Pueblo Circle, Chieftain Circle, Chippewa Circle, Blackhawk Circle, and Buffalo Horn Circle
• The cul-de-sacs on Green Moor Way, Green Isle Road, Green Adler Park, and Green Acorn Lane
• The entirety of Green Clover Drive, including the dead-end
• The cul-de-sac on Lovelace Lane
• The cul-de-sac on Colonnade Drive
• The cul-de-sac on Hillbrook Circle
• The cul-de-sac on Southern Hills Circle
• The cul-de-sac on Silverberry Road
• The traffic circle of Red Creek Drive
• The cul-de-sac on Yosemite Circle
• The cul-de-sac on Linhome Drive
• The northern hammer-head on Tylerton Way
• The cul-de-sacs on Coneflower Drive, Sweet Alysum Drive, and Blazing Star Circle
• The hammerheads in Riverton including Anemone Lane, Beakrush Lane, Buttonbush Lane, Foxglove Lane, Pumpkin Hook, Stargrass Lane, Sundew Lane, Yarrow Hill, Hepatica Lane, Mayapple Lane, Meadowrue Way, and Phlox Lane.
