Rush-Henrietta CSD Budget Vote and Board of Education Election

2022-2023 PROPOSED BUDGET VOTE
RUSH-HENRIETTA CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

VOTE AT ONE LOCATION
Transportation and Operations Center
1133 Lehigh Station Road, Henrietta

Voters will elect two members to the Board of Education and vote on the following three propositions:

  • PROPOSITION NO. 1 - Budget Proposition
  • PROPOSITION NO. 2 - Bus Expenditures
  • PROPOSITION NO. 3 - 2022 Capital Reserve Fund

Propositions No. 2 and No. 3 will NOT increase the budget or the tax rate.

 

Voting Requirements for Rush-Henrietta:
A person shall be entitled to vote in any district election for the selection of members of the Board of Education and in all other matters which may be brought before the voters and placed upon the official ballot, if such person is a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years of age, a resident within the school district for a period of 30 days prior to the election and qualified to register or is registered to vote in accordance with section 5-106 of the Election Law. You do not have to own property in the district. Challenges to voters believed unqualified to vote may be undertaken pursuant to Education Law provisions and in accordance with regulations accompanying Policy 2120.2. The school district requires all persons voting to provide their printed name, address, and signature.
