January 2, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-048: Capital Cannabis (Consulate Cannabis, LLC) – 3333 West Henrietta Road, Suite 44, to operate a retail cannabis store, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.07-1-9, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
POSTPONED - The applicant has requested the application be postponed.
Thursday, March 7, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit (changes to the application are highlighted in bold italics):
Application No. 2023-048: Capital Cannabis (Consulate Cannabis, LLC) – 3333 West Henrietta Road, Suite 43, to operate a retail cannabis store, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.07-1-9, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
