August 24, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2022-035: Crossroads Chiropractic and Health Center – 5152 East River Road Suite 104, to provide chiropractic and conservative care related services, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.01-1-20.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Monday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday closed, Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and closed Saturdays and Sundays.

The application Tabled and will be continued at the September 14, 2022 meeting.
