April 12, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-009: Formula Auto Sales – 3820 West Henrietta Road, to operate a used automobile dealership, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.15-1-16, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
