October 25, 2023 Town Board Meeting
Town Board declared their intent to be the Lead Agency for the SEQR Coordinated Review and called for a public hearing to consider the Incentive Zoning request.
November 14, 2023 Planning Board Meeting
Application No. 23-017: GreenSpark Solar (EH Henrietta Solar 1 LLC) – For final site plan approval of a 6.739 MW-DC, 5 MW-AC photovoltaic solar array on approximately 24.63 acres located on East Henrietta Road (to be known as Middle Road) in a Rural Residential District. Tax Account No. 189.02-1-5. (Parcel to be re-subdivided administratively as part of this project.)
November 15, 2023 Special Use Permit and Incentive Zoning Public Hearings
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-043: GreenSpark Solar (EH Henrietta Solar 1, LLC) – East Henrietta Road (to be known as Middle Road), to construct and operate a 5 MW-AC Solar Energy System through Incentive Zoning, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 189.02-1-5, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The public hearing was held open and will be continued at the December 6, 2023 Town Board meeting.
December 6, 2023 Special Use Permit and Incentive Zoning Public Hearings
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-043: GreenSpark Solar (EH Henrietta Solar 1, LLC) – East Henrietta Road (to be known as Middle Road), to construct and operate a 5 MW-AC Solar Energy System through Incentive Zoning, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 189.02-1-5, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearings were closed, a SEQR Negative Declaration was issued, the Incentive Zoning Application and the Special Use Permit were approved by the resolutions attached in the files below.
