June 28, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-029: GreenTech – Cook Drive, to allow a paved tractor trailer parking and turn around area in an Industrial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-22.112, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
