March 9, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-007: Henrietta Hots - 4018 West Henrietta Road, to modify the original permit allowing the restaurant use (ZB 71-161) to allow a restaurant with a drive-thru, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.19-1-65.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit application was approved.
April 19, 2022 - Planning Board Meeting
Discussion Item: Planning Board to discuss a proposed drive-thru addition to the existing restaurant and review comments received from the Town Board in relation to the modification of the existing Special Use Permit. Property is located at 4018 West Henrietta Road in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District. Tax Account No. 161.19-1-65. (Project is currently being reviewed as an Administrative Site Plan – Application No. E22-001.)
The Planning Board noted their approval of the modifications proposed to the restaurant for the drive-thru addition.
