November 15, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-041: Laddu Gopal Inc. – 1425 Jefferson Road, to operate a restaurant selling ready-made South Asian food (with the option to offer sit down and take out meal service) in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.11-1-12.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
