January 2, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-047: Mango Cannabis Co. (NY Rochester Group, LLC) – 3553 West Henrietta Road, to operate a retail cannabis store, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 161.11-1-13, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved by Resolution (attached in files below).
