A meeting will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-023: Mercedes-Benz of Rochester (West Herr Automotive) – 1233 Lehigh Station Road, to operate a Sprinter Van service facility, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.16-1-62, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
