A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-003: Michael and Tammy Jopson – 76 Sedgley Park, to have four dogs in a Residential R-1-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 200.43-1-12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved with a condition.
