September 28, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-041: Mochinut & Mongolian BBQ – 544 Jefferson Road, to authorize the addition of a drive-thru for a new restaurant to go in at a restaurant location with existing approval for sit down and take out meal services and alcohol sales, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.08-1-20.1. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved for everything except the drive-thru.
