September 13, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-034: Nepali Asian Restaurant – 201 Scottsville-West Henrietta Road, to operate a restaurant serving food with traditional Nepali and Asian flavors, in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.03-1-8, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Thursday through Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and closed Wednesdays.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved with a condition.
