Thursday, June 9, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-020: Numotion – 2165 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road, to operate a wheelchair accessible van (“WAV”) dealership and service facility, in an Industrial/Limited Commercial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 149.17-1-14.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
