A public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all people with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-003 - Painting with a Twist (SEF Studios, LLC) – 1100 Jefferson Road, to sell alcohol and pre-prepared food to guests during events, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-7.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
