Status Updates
February 26, 2020 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting was held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2020-003 - Namaste Solar – Property on East River Road near 6161 East River Road, to construct and operate a 5 MWac Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, on portions of Tax Account Nos. 201.01-1-46.112, 201.01-1-46.113, and 201.01-1-47, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit application was approved. Associated approval resolutions are attach below under "Files."
December 22, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application to modify a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2020-003 - Delaware River Solar (Formerly Namaste Solar) – 6225 East River Road, to modify the existing approval to allow additional clearing of trees, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 201.01-1-47.1/SOLR.
The public hearing was closed and the Town Board established tree removal limits by resoluiton, which is attached below under "Files."
February 9, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application to modify a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2020-003 - Delaware River Solar (Formerly Namaste Solar) – Proposed Alterations to the Site Plan and Tree Clearing Limits.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit application modification was approved. The associated approval resolution is attach below under "Files."
