February 24, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all people with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-002 - Rochester Institute of Technology – Jefferson Road, to construct a Music Performance Theater with a building height of 86’–6”, whereas Town Code only permits a height of 35’, in a Residential R-1-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 160.02-1-24.115
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the Special Use Permit was approved.
