May 24, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:
Application Nos. 2023-018/019: Sikh Society of Rochester – 360 Commerce Drive, in an Industrial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.10-1-1.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
- 2023-018: to operate a place of worship.
- 2023-019: to allow truck parking on the lot.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved by resolution, which is attached in the files below.
